ROGUE 428's CUSTOM SABER

 

Longer than the average lightsaber, this saber's hilt is 15" long.  It contains three artificial crystals which give it is deep red hue and multiple controls for controlling the intensity and length of the blade.  The pommel contains a chip from a Kaiburrite crystal, to which some attribute Force-enhancing abilities.  Its battle-scarred and blackened surface stands as a testament to the adventures it has undergone.

 

Constructed from a chromed brass sink tailpipe, grommet washers, toilet shank washers, PVC pipe end connector, a large rubber washer, some knurled screws, a faucet handle, a copper pipe, and a painted lens.  Prop was constructed with combat in mind and is extremely tough.  It is capable of holding a 3/4" wooden dowel for staged combat.  Grip is a Wilson tennis racket wrap.
