Home Planet:

    Nar Shaada

History:

Orphaned at a young age on the planet of Nar Shaada, Myrnia's childhood was not an easy one.  She learned quickly to survive using her wits and often found others' intentions very easy to read.  She discovered that she had abnormally fast reflexes and that made her very popular among the many thief rings operating in the planet's mazelike cities.  She found eluding authorities easy.

That all changed when she stole a bundle from Jedi Knight Se-Lat Pon (then only a young man).  The young Jedi was quickly able to ascertain that Myrnia was very strong in the Force and he began to guide her limited training.  He arranged passage for her to Coruscant, where she underwent the trials at the Jedi Temple.  However, Myrnia was already in her early teens when she arrived at the temple and she was turned away, too old to be trained in the ways of the Jedi.  Disappointed that his find would not be trained, Se-Lat Pon arranged for Myrnia to be adopted by a Coruscant security officer.  The man raised Myrnia as his own daughter, but had much difficulty trying to subdue Myrnia's rebellious and independent streaks.

Myrnia's life changed yet again when her guardian was killed while on assignment protecting a Republic Senator.  Myrnia, her heart bent on revenge, descended into the heart of the city planet, tracked down the assassins, and ruthlessly dispatched them.  Realizing that she had a talent for tracking down and dealing with the scum of the galaxy, she fell into the bounty hunting profession, where she excelled.  She quickly began to amass a small fortune.   Jedi Master Rhikkid Stor, upon hearing about a new bounty hunter with unique and strange abilities, invited Myrnia to his retreat at Imdelzaa.  He feared that without disciplined training Myrnia would begin to misuse her abilities and fall to the Dark Side of the Force.

Myrnia carries a Type IVB Force Pike which she wields expertly.  Her hand webs conceal powerful electromagnets which aid her to scale walls or hold on to transports, should the need arise, and are also capable of unleashing a strong enough charge to incapacitate even large opponents.  Her blaster is a special Blastech SL68 modified with an internal selector switch.  Myrnia controls the switch with the Force, consequently, only Myrnia ever knows if the blaster is set for stun or to kill.
